Return/Exchange Policy

Distinguishing between the two types of products.

A quick overview for each product (not including the decking materials) describes if that product is a Special Order Item or a Regular Stock Item.  A decking material, profile and length is considered to be a Regular Stock Item if there is a green block in its "Availability Column".  If a certain decking material, profile or length is not available for pick up/shipping within 24 hours then this material is a Special Order Item.

Returns and Exchanges on Regular Stock Items.

Regular Stock Items can be returned to our office within 7 days from the purchase date for a complete refund. Regular Stock Items can also be returned to be exchanged for other Regular Stock Items within 30 days from the purchase date.  All returned items need to be in unopened packaging and in good condition.  It is up to the Deckstoronto staff to determine wether the condition of the returned material is acceptable for refund or exchange.  

Returns and Exchanges on Special Order Items.

Special order items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.  All sales are final.  A client is to inspect all items at the time of delivery or pick up and is to reject damaged special order items right away - either at the pick up location or while a delivery driver is present on the delivery site.  

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will not be refunded.  If a client wishes to return or exchange the material, the client is responsible for bringing these items to our office located at 45 Brisbane Rd.  unit 9, Toronto, ON M3J 2K1.
